Slow Cooker Seafood Chowder

Preparation
- In slow cooker, combine melted butter and flour. Whisk in remaining sauce ingredients.
- Add carrots, celery, potatoes and corn. Stir. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours.
- Add lobster meat, pollock and shrimp/scallop mixture. Stir. Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes.
- Add parsley and stir.
Ingredients
- 500 mL (2 cups) of prepared Instant Clear Fish Stock Mix
- 2 diced carrot
- 2 branches of diced celery
- 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes
- 250 mL (1 cup) of corn grain
- 250 g (about 1/2 lbs) of lobster meat
- 150 g (1/3 de lb) of pollock in flakes
- 1 bag of 340 g of mixture of thawed and drained shrimps and scallops
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) of chopped parsley
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) of melted butter
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) of flour
- 2 boxes of 340 mL of evaporated milk
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) of chopped garlic
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) of chopped thyme
- 1 chopped onion
- Salt and pepper, to taste
