  • Prepare the Culinary Cream base according to instructions on package, keep warm and set aside.
  • Prepare the soup base according to instructions on package, keep warm and set aside.
  • In a pot, heat the oil and add the leeks. Sauté the leeks until they are translucent, then add the in the cauliflower and the soup base.
  • Let simmer until the cauliflower is soft, around 20-30 minutes.
  • Purée the soup with a hand blender, and then add the Culinary Cream. Serve and enjoy.
