Preparation
- Prepare the Culinary Cream base according to instructions on package, keep warm and set aside.
- Prepare the soup base according to instructions on package, keep warm and set aside.
- In a pot, heat the oil and add the leeks. Sauté the leeks until they are translucent, then add the in the cauliflower and the soup base.
- Let simmer until the cauliflower is soft, around 20-30 minutes.
- Purée the soup with a hand blender, and then add the Culinary Cream. Serve and enjoy.

- 420 mL (1-3/4 cups) of prepared Instant, Gluten-Free Culinary Cream Base
- 1 L (4 cups) of prepared Instant Vegetable Soup Base, Gluten-Free, Sodium Reduced
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) of canola oil
- 900 g (2 lbs) of cauliflower, chopped
- 200 g (8 oz) of leek, chopped
