Preparation
- In a large pot, put in all the ingredients except the milk.
- Bring to a boil for 5 minutes and then let simmer until the vegetables are tender.
- Purée the soup.
- Add the milk just before serving. Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add some leftover rice or pasta to your soup before serving and take it for lunch.

- 800 mL (3-1/4 cups) of prepared Instant Culinary Cream Base, Gluten-Free, Low Sodium
- 700 mL (2-3/4 cups) of prepared Instant Chicken Soup Base, Gluten-Free, Sodium Reduced
- 3 L (12 cups) of whole or crushed tomatoes
- 2 onions, chopped
- 900 g (2 lbs) of fresh vegetables, chopped
- 250 mL (1 cup) of milk
- Salt and pepper, to taste
