Ingredients

  • 450 mL (1-3/4 cups) of prepared Gluten-Free Demi-Glace Sauce Mix
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) of butter
  • 175 g (7 oz) of mushrooms, sliced
  • 100 mL (1/2 cup) of white wine
  • 175 mL (3/4 cup) of Brandy reduction
  • 100 mL (1/2 cup) of tomatoes, crushed
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) of shallots, chopped

Preparation

  • Prepare the demi-glace sauce according to package instructions, keep warm.
  • In a pan, sweat shallots in butter.
  • Add white wine and brandy and reduce by half.
  • Add demi-glace, tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.
