Preparation
- Prepare the demi-glace sauce according to package instructions, keep warm.
- In a pan, sweat shallots in butter.
- Add white wine and brandy and reduce by half.
- Add demi-glace, tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.

- 450 mL (1-3/4 cups) of prepared Gluten-Free Demi-Glace Sauce Mix
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) of butter
- 175 g (7 oz) of mushrooms, sliced
- 100 mL (1/2 cup) of white wine
- 175 mL (3/4 cup) of Brandy reduction
- 100 mL (1/2 cup) of tomatoes, crushed
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) of shallots, chopped
