- Use as a mother sauce to create derivatives, such as a peppercorn or mushroom sauce. - Use on chicken, pork, beef, lamb or other red or white meats. - Use as an alternative for poutine sauce.


To prepare: 1 L 38 L
Mix: 125 g 4.5 kg
Cold Water: 250 mL 4 L
Boiling Water: 750 mL 32 L

Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
