Ingredients

  • 500 mL (2 cups), prepared, of Gluten-Free Demi-Glace Sauce Mix
  • 35 g of green onions, finely sliced
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) of Tamari sauce
  • 8 mL (1-1/2 tsp) of honey
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) of ginger, finely chopped

Preparation

  • Prepare sauce according to package instructions, keep warm.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to the Demi-Glace.
  • Mix well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Use as a stir-fry sauce, or to cover pork or chicken
