Ingredients

  • 500 mL (2 cups) LUDA Inspiration Demi-Glace Sauce, prepared
  • 35 g Green onion, finely sliced
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) Tamari sauce
  • 8 mL (1-1/2 tsp) Honey
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) Ginger, finely chopped

Preparation

  1. Prepare sauce according to package instructions, keep warm.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients to the Demi-Glace.
  3. Mix well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Serve and enjoy.

Use as a stir-fry sauce, or to cover pork or chicken
