Asian Inspired Demi-Glace
Start with LUDA Inspiration Demi-Glace and transform it with just a few ingredients.
- 500 mL (2 cups) LUDA Inspiration Demi-Glace Sauce, prepared
- 35 g Green onion, finely sliced
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) Tamari sauce
- 8 mL (1-1/2 tsp) Honey
- 5 mL (1 tsp) Ginger, finely chopped
- Prepare sauce according to package instructions, keep warm.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the Demi-Glace.
- Mix well and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy.
Use as a stir-fry sauce, or to cover pork or chicken
