Teriyaki-style bowl
Mixing a teriyaki style sauce with a sodium reduced demi-glace allows to reduce the sodium considerably while preserving the teriyaki flavour and makes for a healthier dish.

Preparation
- Prepare the demi-glace sauce according to instructions on package.
- Add the teriyaki sauce, mix well, and keep warm.
- Sauté the pork with the garlic and the sesame oil in a hot pan. Set aside.
- Sauté the vegetables in the vegetable oil and set aside.
- Serve the cooked rice in bowls, top with the pork and the vegetables and cover with the sauce.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds to decorate (optional) and enjoy!
Serve on a bed of brown rice, vermicelly rice or quinoa.

- 500 mL (2 cups) of prepared
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) of teriyaki sauce
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 kg (2 lbs) of pork tenderloin, sliced in strips
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) of vegetable oil
- 1.5 kg (2-3/4 lbs) of vegetables of your choice
- 2 L (8 cups) of brown rice, cooked
- 50 mL (3 tbsp) of sesame seeds toasted, optional
