Ingredients

  • 1 L (4 cups) of prepared Instant, Gluten-Free Culinary Cream Base
  • 1 stalk of celery, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 spanish onion, chopped
  • 80 g (3 oz) of lardons, diced
  • 350 mL (1-1/3 cup) of corn niblets
  • Garnish croutons
  • Garnish celery leaves

Preparation

  • Prepare culinary cream base according to package instructions, keep warm and set aside.
  • In a pot, sauté all the ingredients except for the culinary cream base, for a few minutes.
  • Add the culinary cream base to the vegetables and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with celery leaves and croutons. Serve and enjoy.
