Preparation
- Prepare culinary cream base according to package instructions, keep warm and set aside.
- In a pot, sauté all the ingredients except for the culinary cream base, for a few minutes.
- Add the culinary cream base to the vegetables and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with celery leaves and croutons. Serve and enjoy.

- 1 L (4 cups) of prepared Instant, Gluten-Free Culinary Cream Base
- 1 stalk of celery, chopped
- 1 clove of garlic, chopped
- 1/2 spanish onion, chopped
- 80 g (3 oz) of lardons, diced
- 350 mL (1-1/3 cup) of corn niblets
- Garnish croutons
- Garnish celery leaves
