- Use as a vegetarian mother sauce to create derivatives, such as a mushroom gravy or Dijonnaise. - Use as the base for sauce-based dishes, such as a beef bourgignon. - Thicken and enhance the drippings from roasts and stews. - When replacing a regular sauce, add 1 tbsp of salt to 4L of your prepared LUDA H sauce.

Add mix to 3/4 of the water, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Add the remaining water and stir. Heat and hold above 65°C (150°F). Stir before serving. *>60°C/140°F
