  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the maple syrup and the culinary cream base mix until blended.
  3. Add the water and mix well.
  4. Mix the egg in a small bowl, then mix it well with the other ingredients.
  5. Pour the mix in the pie crust, and bake on the lower rack of the oven for 45 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 2h to let the filling set. Enjoy.

Serve with a spoon of vanilla ice cream or a few berries.
