Maple Syrup Pie

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the maple syrup and the culinary cream base mix until blended.
- Add the water and mix well.
- Mix the egg in a small bowl, then mix it well with the other ingredients.
- Pour the mix in the pie crust, and bake on the lower rack of the oven for 45 minutes.
- Let cool for 2h to let the filling set. Enjoy.
Serve with a spoon of vanilla ice cream or a few berries.

- 400 mL (1-2/3 cup) of maple syrup
- 100 mL (3 oz) of water
- 1 egg
- 1 pie crust (9 inches or 23 cm)
