Italian Calzone with Spicy Salami and Roasted Peppers

Preparation
- Prepare the tomato sauce according to package instructions, add the Italian Booster and set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough into circles and set on cookie sheets or pizza trays.
- Spread tomato sauce on half of each dough portion, and then add salami, red peppers and cheese on top.
- Fold over the other half of the dough without the toppings and use a fork to seal the edges.
- Bake at 350°F until crust is golden. Serve and enjoy.
