Preparation
- Cut vegetables into sticks and roast them in the oven at 400°F for 15 minutes.
- Cook pasta then drain.
- Prepare the poutine sauce according to package directions, then add the prepared meat sauce (hot) and mix well.
- To serve, start with 250 mL (1 cup) of pasta, then add 125 mL (1/2 cup) of roasted vegetables, 75 mL (1/3 cup) of sauce and 1 pouch of cheese curds.

- 1.25 L (5 cups) Vegetables of your choice, roasted
- 400 mL (1-1/2 cups) LUDA Original Poutine sauce, prepared
- 350 mL (1-1/4 cup) Meat sauce of your choice, prepared
- 10 pouches Cheese curds
