Ingredients

  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) of
  • 300 mL (1-1/4 cups) of prepared Instant, Gluten-Free Culinary Tomato Base
  • 2 cans of biscuit dough
  • 6 mozzarella cheese sticks, cut into 4 pieces each
  • 100 mL (7 tbsp) of butter
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) of parmesan cheese

Preparation

  • Prepare the culinary tomato base according to package instructions, keep warm and set aside.
  • Preheat the oven to 400˚F and grease a baking sheet.
  • Separate each biscuit and place a piece of cheese in the center of each one.
  • Pinch the sides around the cheese so it is completely encased by the dough. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Melt butter, stir in the Italian Booster and the parmesan cheese.
  • When the biscuits are finished baking brush the butter mixture over each biscuit. Serve with culinary tomato base on the side and enjoy.
