Preparation

Mix: | 100 g | 4.5 kg |
Cold Water: | 250 mL | 5 L |
Boiling Water: | 750 mL | 40 L |
Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
