Preparation
To prepare: | 1 L | 3.5 L |
Mix: | 190 g | 720 g |
Cold Water: | 250 mL | 750 mL |
Boiling Water: | 550 mL | 2.25 L |
Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Sauces made following these directions are steam table stable and freezable.
