Spicy Peanut Noodle Soup

Preparation
- Prepare the soup base according to the package instructions, and let it simmer.
- Add tamari, and peanut butter to the soup and whisk until incorporated.
- Divide the noodles and chicken among the bowls.
- Pour hot broth into each bowl.
- Garnish with chives, peanuts, red pepper flakes, and sriracha. Serve and enjoy.
Garnish with lime wedges, and add some asian hot sauce for even more kick.
Ingredients
- 2.5 L (10 cups) of Instant Chicken Soup Base, Gluten-Free, Sodium Free
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) of Tamari soy sauce
- 1.5 kg (3 lbs) of chicken, shredded
- 2 L (8 cups) of Soba noodles, cooked and drained
- 250 mL (1 cup) of peanut butter
- 75 mL (5 tbsp) of peanuts, roasted and chopped
- Chives, finely chopped, to taste
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Sriracha powder, to taste
