Ingredients

  • 45 mL (3 tbsp) of Mexican Booster Seasoning
  • 100 mL (7 tbsp) of vegetable oil
  • 1 kg (2 lbs) of flank steak
  • 50 mL (3 tbsp) of lime, juiced

Preparation

  • Mix the booster with the oil and the lime juice.
  • Pour marinade over the flank steak. Refrigerate and let the meat marinate for 1-3 hours.
  • Grill until achieved desired doneness and slice against the grain, serve.
