Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Chopped Garlic, in Oil With Citric Acid
  • 4 Tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 Pounds Uncooked shrimp ( around 60 peeled shrimp)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 Teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 4 Tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
  • As desired Hot cooked pasta or rice

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large pan and saute shrimp 3 minutes.
  • Add garlic, lemon juice, cumin and salt; cook and stir until shrimp are pink and cooked (2-3 minutes).
  • Stir in parsley. Serve with pasta.
