Bolognese Sauce with Zucchini Noodles

Preparation
- Prepare tomato sauce according to package instructions, keep warm and set aside.
- In a frying pan, heat up oil and saute onions until they are translucent.
- Add the ground beef, red pepper flakes and Booster to the onions, saute until the meat has browned.
- Once meat is cooked add it to the tomato sauce and stir.
- Let sauce simmer for 10 minutes.
- While the sauce simmers, melt butter in a frying pan and toss in the zucchini ribbons, cooking for 1-2 minutes. Season with salt.
- Add the sauce to the zucchini ribbons. Serve and enjoy.

- 1.5 L (6 cups) of prepared Instant, Gluten-Free Culinary Tomato Base
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) of
- 900 g (2 lbs) of ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 45 mL (3 tbsp) of olive oil
- 2.5 mL (1/2 tsp) of red pepper flakes
- 4 zucchini, peeled into ribbons
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) of butter
- Kosher salt, to taste
