Ingredients

  • 40 g (2 oz) of feta cheese
  • 200 mL (7/8 cup) of prepared Instant, Gluten-Free Hollandaise Sauce Mix
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) of
  • 400 mL (1-2/3 cups) of ground beef, pork or lamb
  • 40 mL (8 tsp) of breadcrumbs
  • 10 mini buns
  • Garnishes: tomatoes, onions, black olives
  • (For the sauce) 75 mL (1/3 cup) of sour cream
  • (For the sauce) 30 g (1 oz) of feta cheese
  • (For the sauce) 75 mL (1/3 cup) of prepared Instant, Gluten-Free Hollandaise Sauce Mix
  • (For the sauce) 15 mL (1 tbsp) of

Preparation

SLIDERS

  • Crumble the Feta cheese and set aside.
  • Prepare the Hollandaise sauce as per directions. Mix in the Greek Booster, refrigerate.
  • Mix together the meat, breadcrumbs, Greek Booster and the Feta cheese.
  • Add 100 mL of the cold Hollandaise sauce, shape the meat into patties, and cook.
  • Place patties on mini-buns, and garnish with the Greek sauce, tomatoes, onions and black olives.

SAUCE FOR SLIDERS

  • Mix together the sour cream and the crumbled Feta Cheese.
  • Gradually blend in the Hollandaise sauce. Refrigerate until use.
