Ingredients

  • 500 mL (2 cups) of prepared Hollandaise Sauce Mix
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) of cream, 35%
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) of horseradish
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) of thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  • Prepare the hollandaise sauce according to instructions on the package.
  • Add the horseradish, cream, thyme, and mix well.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste (optionnal).
  • Drizzle sauce on dish and enjoy!
