Grilled Steak with Bearnaise Sauce
Bearnaise sauce is a slight variation of Hollandaise. The rich buttery flavour and fresh herbs work perfectly with a grilled steak.

Preparation
- Prepare Hollandaise sauce according to package directions.
- Once prepared add tarragon and white wine vinegar and keep warm.
- Grill steak to desired doneness.
- Spoon béarnaise sauce over steak and serve.
Mix it up and use the Bearnaise sauce on your next batch of Eggs Benedict.

- 10 rib steaks
- 150 mL (2/3 cup) of tarragon, finely chopped
- 150 mL (2/3 cup) of white wine vinegar
