Preparation

| Base: | 80 g | 10 kg |
| Cold Water: | 600 mL | 75 L |
| Milk: | 400 mL | 50 L |
| Seafood: | 160 g | 20 kg |
Combine base with water, stirring with a whisk. Bring to boil and add milk, stirring. Add seafood. Reduce heat, cover partially and allow to simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
