Preparation
To prepare: | 1.2 L | 3.6 L |
Mix: | 290 g | 862 g |
Cold Water: | 350 mL | 1 L |
Boiling Water: | 650 mL | 2 L |
Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Sauces made following these directions are steam table stable and freezable.
