- Enhance the drippings of a beef roast. Serve alongside a beef dip or steak sandwich.
Preparation
To prepare: | 1 L | 10.5 L |
Mix: | 100 g | 1 kg |
Cold Water: | 250 mL | 2.5 L |
Boiling Water: | 750 mL | 7.5 L |
Add mix to cold water while stirring. Mix well. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. While stirring occasionally, bring back to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Sauces made following these directions are steam table stable and freezable.
