- Excellent on all cuts of meat, and especially beef! Use as the base for sauce-based dishes to create a reduction/au jus. Create a mushroom gravy with just the dry seasoning mix.

Add mix to largest quantity of water, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Add the remaining water and stir. Heat and hold above 65°C (150°F). Stir before serving. *Do not use hot tap water.
