Chicken on the Fly
This quick recipe makes great use of french onion soup mix as a seasoning alternative.

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F.
- In a mixing bowl add onion soup mix, brown sugar, ketchup and water, mix well.
- Place chicken in a pan and pour sauce over top of the chicken.
- Cover the pan and cook until the chicken is cooked through about 1.5 hours. Serve and enjoy.

- 50 g (2 oz) Onion Soup Mix
- 2 kg (4 lbs) of chicken breasts
- 230 mL (1 cup) of brown sugar
- 230 mL (1 cup) of ketchup
- 230 mL (1 cup) of water
