- Use with various poutine varieties, such as pulled pork or chicken poutine. Pour over a delicious hamburger steak. Use the dry mix to season burger patties.
Preparation

| Water: | 1 L | 100 L |
Add mix to 3/4 of the water, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Add the remaining water and stir. Heat and hold above 65°C (150°F). Stir before serving.
