- Use with various poutine varieties, such as pulled pork or chicken poutine. Pour over a delicious hamburger steak. Use the dry mix to season burger patties.

Add mix to 3/4 of the water, stirring vigorously with a whisk. Add the remaining water, stirring. Heat and then hold above 65° (150°F). Stir before serving. *>65°C/150°F
