Pointe-Claire, QC, August 2020 — LUDA Foods, manufacturer of soups, sauces and custom blends, located in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, has released three new products as part of its LUDA H and Inspiration lines for the Canadian food-service market.
LUDA H No Chicken and No Beef soup bases are unique plant-based soups that will help create flavourful and incredibly delicious dishes for a multitude of menu applications. Kosher, Halal and gluten-free certified, these vegan items can be used to enhance the flavour of your stock, broth or soup as well as season your rice or breakfast potatoes. They are sold in 3.5 kg pails, each pail providing 700 servings.
LUDA Inspiration Instant General Tao Sauce Mix is gluten-free and features a slightly sweet-and-sour flavour balanced with spices, heat and soy sauce. This “classic” instant sauce can be a wonderful complement to anything from a stir-fry dish with veggies to a meatball poutine! It is steam-table and freeze-thaw stable and sold in a pack of 8 x 1.12 kg pouches, providing 43 servings per pack.
