Ingredients

  • 1.25 L (5 cups) LUDA ED Poutine sauce
  • 2 kg (4.5 lbs) French fries, cooked
  • 1 kg (2 lbs) Ground beef, pork or lamb, cooked
  • 3 Bell peppers, roasted and julienne
  • 1 kg (2 lbs) Cheese curds

Preparation

  1. Prepare poutine sauce according to package instructions, keep warm.
  2. Assemble the poutines by layering the french fries, ground meat, bell peppers and cheese, and pour the poutine sauce on top. Serve and enjoy.
