Preparation
- Prepare poutine sauce according to package instructions, keep warm.
- Assemble the poutines by layering the french fries, ground meat, bell peppers and cheese, and pour the poutine sauce on top. Serve and enjoy.

- 1.25 L (5 cups) LUDA ED Poutine sauce
- 2 kg (4.5 lbs) French fries, cooked
- 1 kg (2 lbs) Ground beef, pork or lamb, cooked
- 3 Bell peppers, roasted and julienne
- 1 kg (2 lbs) Cheese curds
