Ingredients

  • 2 L (8 cups) LUDA ED Hot chicken sauce, prepared
  • 1.5 kg (3 lbs) Chicken, cooked and chopped
  • 500 mL (2 cups) Frozen peas, thawed
  • 20 pieces White bread

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Hot Chicken gravy according to package instructions, add peas and let simmer for two minutes.
  2. Assemble the sandwiches; on top of a slice of bread add the chicken then some sauce and peas, add the second layer of bread and finally some additional sauce.
  3. Serve and enjoy.
