Preparation
- Mix the Greek Booster with the lemon juice and the oils and whisk thoroughly, set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss thoroughly.
- Let salad sit for several minutes before serving for flavours to mix. Serve and enjoy.
Grill some pita bread and serve with the salad to soak up the juice.

- 100 mL (7 tbsp) Lemon juice
- 100 mL (7 tbsp) Olive oil
- 100 mL (7 tbsp) Canola oil
- 1 L (4 cups) Cucumbers, seeded, chopped
- 1 L (4 cups) Tomatoes, chopped
- 1 L (4 cups) Bell peppers, chopped
- 200 mL (3/4 cup) Red onion, sliced
- 500 mL (2 cups) Feta cheese, cubed
- 300 mL (1-1/4 cup) Black olives
