Cold Water: | 125 mL | 5 L |
Boiling Water: | 875 mL | 40 L |
Make a paste with mix and cold water. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. Bring back to boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
