- Pour over a hot chicken sandwich. Use as an alternative for poutine sauce.

Preparation

1 L 273 L
Mix: 75 g 20 kg
Cold Water: 250 mL 67 L
Boiling Water: 750 mL 200 L

Make a paste with mix and cold water. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. Bring back to boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

A fine, slightly cohesive, light beige powder with parsley flakes. Prepares an opaque, thin, brown sauce with parsley flakes. Its garlic flavour is balanced with spices and chicken notes.
