Preparation

Mix Cold Water Boiling Water
125 g 250 mL 750 mL
20 kg 40 L 120 L

Make a paste with mix and cold water. Add to boiling water, stirring with a whisk. Bring back to boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
