  1. Whisk mix and cold water together
  2. Add to boiling water, stirring
  3. Bring back to boil, reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes, stirring.

Preparation instructions for instant sauce and gravy mixes

  1. Add mix to cold or hot water, stirring vigorously with a whisk. To avoid lumps, add mix to about 3/4 of the water, mix, then add the remaining water
  2. Heat and hold above 65 degrees C
  3. Stir before serving

  1. Melt salted butter or margarine.
  2. Blend mix into melted butter, stirring vigorously with a whisk.
  3. Add water, bring to boil again, stirring and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly
