- Whisk mix and cold water together
- Add to boiling water, stirring
- Bring back to boil, reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes, stirring.

- Add mix to cold or hot water, stirring vigorously with a whisk. To avoid lumps, add mix to about 3/4 of the water, mix, then add the remaining water
- Heat and hold above 65 degrees C
- Stir before serving

- Melt salted butter or margarine.
- Blend mix into melted butter, stirring vigorously with a whisk.
- Add water, bring to boil again, stirring and simmer for 1 minute, stirring constantly
