Preparation
- Prepare the soup base according to the package instructions.
- Add the tamari and the sesame oil, keep warm and set aside.
- Divide the beef, carrots and green onion among the bowls.
- Pour the hot broth in each bowl.
- Squeeze in some fresh lime juice. Serve and enjoy.
Add some thai basil to the finsihed soup for a delicious and aromatic garnish.
Ingredients
- 2.5 L (10 cups) LUDA H Beef soup base
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Tamari soy sauce
- 10 mL (2 tsp) Sesame oil
- 2 kg (4.5 lbs) Beef stir-fry strips, cooked and cut in cubes
- 250 mL (1 cup) Green onion, finely chopped
- 1 L (4 cups) Carrots, shredded
- 2 Limes, cut in quarters
