Ingredients

  • 2.5 L (10 cups) LUDA H Beef soup base
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Tamari soy sauce
  • 10 mL (2 tsp) Sesame oil
  • 2 kg (4.5 lbs) Beef stir-fry strips, cooked and cut in cubes
  • 250 mL (1 cup) Green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 L (4 cups) Carrots, shredded
  • 2 Limes, cut in quarters

Preparation

  1. Prepare the soup base according to the package instructions.
  2. Add the tamari and the sesame oil, keep warm and set aside.
  3. Divide the beef, carrots and green onion among the bowls.
  4. Pour the hot broth in each bowl.
  5. Squeeze in some fresh lime juice. Serve and enjoy.

Add some thai basil to the finsihed soup for a delicious and aromatic garnish.
