Ingredients

  • 1.5 L (6 cups) of prepared Hollandaise Sauce Mix
  • 10 English muffins, cut in half
  • 50 mL (10 tsp) of butter
  • 20 slices of bacon, cooked
  • 20 poached eggs
  • Fresh fruits

Preparation

  • Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce according to package directions, set aside.
  • Toast the English muffins.
  • Butter lightly and place 2 halves in an oven proof plate for each portion.
  • Top each English muffin half with 1 piece of bacon and 1 egg.
  • Pour Hollandaise sauce over the eggs and brown under broiler or salamander. Garnish with fresh fruits.
