Preparation
- Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce according to package directions, set aside.
- Toast the English muffins.
- Butter lightly and place 2 halves in an oven proof plate for each portion.
- Top each English muffin half with 1 piece of bacon and 1 egg.
- Pour Hollandaise sauce over the eggs and brown under broiler or salamander. Garnish with fresh fruits.
