Ingredients

  • 500 mL (2 cups) LUDA Original Hollandaise sauce, prepared
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
  • 20 mL (4 tsp) Sweet relish
  • 2 mL (1/2 tsp) Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) Horseradish, prepared
  • 2 mL (1/2 tsp) Hot sauce
  • 2 mL (1/2 tsp) Lemon juice

Preparation

  1. Prepare the hollandaise sauce as per instructions on package.
  2. Mix in the other ingredients and stir well to combine.
  3. Serve in ramekins alongside battered fish.

Serve with battered fish.
