Ingredients

  • 500 mL (2 cups) LUDA Inspiration Hollandaise Sauce, prepared
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp) Horseradish, prepared
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) Cream – 35%
  • 5 mL (1 tsp) Thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Preparation

  1. Prepare the hollandaise sauce according to instructions on the package.
  2. Add the horseradish, cream, thyme, and mix well.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste (optionnal).
  4. Drizzle sauce on dish and enjoy!

Pairs wonderfully with meat, egg-based dishes, fish, and vegetables.
