Horseradish gives a punch to this scrumptious sauce.
- 500 mL (2 cups) LUDA Inspiration Hollandaise Sauce, prepared
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) Horseradish, prepared
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Cream – 35%
- 5 mL (1 tsp) Thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Prepare the hollandaise sauce according to instructions on the package.
- Add the horseradish, cream, thyme, and mix well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste (optionnal).
- Drizzle sauce on dish and enjoy!
