  • 4 L LUDA H Poultry gravy, prepared
  • 1 kg Chicken, cooked and cut in cubes
  • 1 L Vegetables of your choice
  • 10 Slices of bread or vol au vent shells


  1. Prepare the Poultry Gravy according to package directions. Keep warm.
  2. Sear the chicken.
  3. Add vegetables and allow to simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Serve over bread cut in a circle or over a vol au vent shell.

Use this sauce to cover a vol au vent or a plate of chicken.
