Preparation

| Mix: | 150 g | 1 kg |
| Cold Water: | 500 mL | 3.3 L |
| Milk: | 500 mL | 3.3 L |
Make a paste with mix and cold water. Add milk, stirring constantly with a whisk. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer 3 - 5 minutes, stirring constantly. For a more robust darker sauce, replace up to half the milk with prepared Inspiration Clear Roast Beef Gravy.
Sauces made following these directions are steam table stable and freezable.
