A fine, free flowing, light beige powder. Prepares an opaque, yellow-beige broth. Its mild vegetable flavour is balanced with herbs.


To prepare: 1 L 323 L
Base: 31 g (~1/4 cup) 10 kg
Boiling Water: 1 L 323 L

Whisk base into water. Simmer 1 minute.
