Serving suggestion

- Drape over eggs benedict, an omelet or a breakfast poutine or pizza. - Pour over a piece of fish or steamed vegetables. - Use as a mother sauce to create derivatives, such as a Bearnaise or Bavarian sauce. - Replace butter and eggs in recipes for muffins and cakes.


To prepare: 1 L 113 L
Salted Butter or Margarine: 325 g 37.5 kg
Mix: 178 g 20 kg
Cold Water: 675 mL 75 L

Melt salted butter or margarine over low heat. Blend in the mix, stirring with a whisk. Add water, stirring. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice to taste.


Modified milk ingredients, Flour (wheat), Sugars (glucose solids, dextrose, sugar, maltodextrin), Modified corn starch, Canola oil, Egg powder, Salt, Xanthan gum, Citric acid, Mono and diglycerides, Sodium stearoyl-lactylate, Disodium guanylate, Disodium inosinate, Colour (turmeric, paprika), Flavour (includes onion).
