- Use as a mother sauce to create derivatives, such as a primavera or carbonara. Marinade a pork loin or chicken to enhance their flavour and keep them tender and moist.
Preparation

| Cold Water: | 250 mL | 50 L |
| Boiling Water: | 550 mL | 110 L |
Whisk together first 2 ingredients. Add to boiling water, stirring. Bring back to boil, reduce heat, simmer 3 minutes, stirring.
